Parking

Due to limited car parks in the town centre, we advise you to use one of the park and ride car parks rather than trying to park in the town itself. We have two edge-of-town park and rides with a London Routemaster double-decker bus shuttling visitors into the town centre. Blue-badge holders can park at the Co-op on Harrison drive, a 150 yard walk into the town centre along a level pavement with drop kerbs.

Book Haarlem Mill – if coming from Derby, Burton, Stoke, Nottingham or other places to the south.

Book Ravenstor – if you’re coming from Ashbourne, Buxton, Manchester, or other places to the north and north-west. It is another option if you’re travelling from Stoke.

By buying park and ride your ticket raises funds for our good causes. These are Wirksworth Skatepark and one other cause to be announced. Buy a ticket online in advance your name goes into the hat to win a fabulous prize! The draw will be made on the day and winners emailed straight away. Each car group also gets a free Wizarding Day programme on arrival.
